We collect identity data (name, NIN/BVN for KYC), contact details, property listing data, transaction history, device identifiers, and usage analytics to operate the Platform.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to verify identity, match clients with properties, process payments, detect fraud, generate AI insights, and comply with Nigerian regulatory requirements (NDPR, CBN, FCCPA).
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with payment processors (Flutterwave, Korapay, Paystack), verification services, and as required by Nigerian law or court order.
Data Retention
Active account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 6 years for legal compliance. Transaction records are kept for 7 years. You may request deletion of non-transactional data.
Your Rights Under NDPR
You have the right to access, correct, port, and delete your data. Submit requests via [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Security Measures
We employ AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3, SOC 2-compliant infrastructure, and regular third-party security audits. All sensitive documents are processed in isolated secure environments.
